On March 15 and 16, the Conference on IT and Financial Statistics Partners 2013, organized by the Ministry of Finance, took place in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh. As one of the partner enterprises of the Ministry of Finance, Tinh Van Software Solutions and System Integration One Member Limited Liability Company – Tinhvan Solutions sponsored this event.
Attending the conference were Deputy Minister of Finance Pham Sy Danh; IT leaders of the financial sector systems (General Department of Taxation, State Treasury, General Department of Reserves, State Securities Commission, General Department of Customs, local Finance Departments) and over 50 partner enterprises in the field of information technology (IT).
On behalf of Tinhvan Solutions, Mr. Nguyen Son Tung – General Director and Mr. Nguyen Tuan Luong – Deputy General Director of Business also took time to attend the conference.

Delivering a directive speech at the conference, Deputy Minister of Finance Pham Sy Danh acknowledged the joint efforts of officials in the sector and thanked the strong support of partner enterprises, including Tinhvan Solutions.
The Deputy Minister emphasized: In 2013, the IT system of the financial sector needs to be upgraded and improved; implementation plans are ready, and resources have been prepared. However, in the context of a difficult economy, management capacity, organizational structure, and financial resources must be fully prepared to execute large projects with successful results commensurate with expectations. At the same time, we must work together to achieve the goal of modernizing the financial sector, moving towards e-public services and e-Government according to the Government's roadmap before 2015...
Also within the framework of the conference, General Director Nguyen Son Tung and Deputy General Director of Business Nguyen Tuan Luong spent a lot of time networking, contributing ideas, and sharing information with delegates and guests.
