CEO of Tinhvan Outsourcing attends the 3rd Congress of VJC

On the afternoon of May 14, 2019, Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh – CEO of Tinhvan Outsourcing and Tinhvan Japan attended the 3rd Congress of the Vietnam – Japan IT Cooperation Club (VJC) in Hanoi.
Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh delivered a summary report on the Club's activities during the 2nd term
As Vice President of VJC, Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh presented the “Report on VJC's activities during the 2nd term”. Accordingly, since 2011, when VJC's 2nd term began, VJC and VINASA have closely coordinated with Japanese partners to carry out activities in many fields. VJC's activities have achieved many positive results, such as:
– Since 2011, VJC has organized 21 regular meetings and exchange sessions among members, including 11 in Hanoi and 10 in Ho Chi Minh City;
– Hosted 5-10 delegations of Japanese enterprises visiting and exploring Vietnamese enterprises each year;
– Organized over 20 tours to organizations and enterprises in Japan as part of events in Japan;
– VJC coordinated with partners to create a series of regular large-scale trade promotion activities, including: Vietnam IT Day in February; SODEC Exhibition during Japan IT Week in May; Japan ICT Day in October;
– Information, consulting, and policy dialogue activities between Vietnamese and Japanese enterprises;
– Training and human resource development activities;
Following that, Mr. Vinh also shared the remaining limitations of the Club, and the Congress discussed and proposed solutions.

At this Congress, Mr. Vinh was re-elected as a member of the VJC Executive Committee. Mr. Le Quang Luong, General Director of Luvina Software Joint Stock Company, was elected as the new President of VJC. At the end of the program, members discussed VJC's activity plan for the 2019-2024 term and a draft to rename the “Vietnam – Japan IT Cooperation Club” (English name: “Vietnam – Japan IT Cooperation Club”) to “Vietnam – Japan IT Cooperation Committee” (English name: “Vietnam – Japan IT Cooperation Committee”), with the abbreviation remaining VJC.
