Certificate Award for Dedication to Tinh Van Group

On the morning of September 13, 2012, the ceremony to award the "10 Years of Dedication to Tinh Van Group" certificate to Ms. Pham Thi Hoa – Deputy Head of the Administration and Human Resources Department – took place warmly and intimately in Meeting Room 1 at Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company (Tinh Van Group).

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Quan Son – Deputy General Director in charge of Finance & Information Systems, Mr. Nguyen Son Tung – Deputy General Director in charge of Administration & Human Resources (AHR), Mr. Pham Thuc Truong Luong – Deputy General Director in charge of Products, International Relations, Quality Management, along with many Tinh Van Group employees.

On behalf of Tinh Van Group's leadership, Mr. Nguyen Quan Son and Mr. Nguyen Son Tung presented the certificate for dedication to Tinh Van Group along with a bonus of 5 million VND to Ms. Pham Thi Hoa.

Mr. Pham Thuc Truong Luong also spoke on behalf of the leadership, acknowledging Ms. Hoa's contributions over the years. "In any position, Pham Thi Hoa has always been a very diligent and pleasant employee. Whether assigning tasks or communicating, Hoa always instills a sense of trust in her leaders. Today is a memorable milestone, not only for Hoa but also for Tinh Van. This is also an occasion for other members to be more confident that Tinh Van is a common home where everyone can stay for the long term."

Officially joining Tinh Van Group in July 2002, Ms. Pham Thi Hoa has held various positions such as training and technology transfer staff, Head of Training, AHR specialist, and Deputy Head of AHR. Over the past 10 years, she has always completed her tasks well, quietly contributing to the overall development of Tinh Van Group.

Also in August 2012, Tinh Van Group's leadership awarded prizes to employees with 5 years of service: Mr. Nguyen Manh Linh – Head of the Digital Library Department at the Software Solutions & System Integration One-Member Limited Liability Company, and Mr. Truong Canh Thi – Security Guard in the AHR Department.
