TVC HCM completes HiStaff project acceptance at IVB and HOSE

In October 2019, Tinhvan Consulting simultaneously completed acceptance of two projects deploying the HiStaff human resource management software solution at Indovina Bank Limited (IVB) and Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE).
The HiStaff deployment project at IVB was divided into two phases, covering comprehensive HR management modules from recruitment solutions, training management, timekeeping, payroll, and benefits to advanced HR management modules such as performance management (KPI), competency management, and full employee self-service on iPortal.
For the project at HOSE, the TVC implementation team had to overcome significant pressure regarding time and workload. Within just four months, the project went live and operated successfully across the entire HOSE system.
Both major clients in the Finance – Banking sector were very satisfied and highly appreciated the value HiStaff delivered. By meeting the project's commitments on schedule and quality, HiStaff received high praise from the leadership of IVB and HOSE. The experience gained from these successes will serve as a foundation for HiStaff to continue bringing valuable benefits to the Vietnamese HR community.
