TVC signs HiStaff Phase II contract with Techcombank

Phase II of the project to deploy the HiStaff human resource management software for Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) will be carried out by Tinh Van Enterprise Management Consulting Joint Stock Company (TVC) from July 2014 to May 2015.
According to the official contract signed between the two parties on July 24, TVC will modify and upgrade the HiStaff human resource management software across the entire system, serving over 8,000 employees of Techcombank.
After the project is completed, Techcombank's human resource management system will be enhanced with many new features to better meet user needs. Specifically: System architecture and security will be upgraded in accordance with Techcombank's new security procedures; existing functions will be standardized, and many new utilities and business processes will be developed; system business functions will be elevated and optimized for exploitation and use...
With a wide scope of modifications, complex existing system operations, and stringent requirements from the client, TVC's project team must have a thorough understanding of the overall legacy system and adopt a professional working approach as well as strong analytical thinking. However, due to previous collaborations on many projects, TVC has the advantage of understanding the working methods and receiving substantial support from Techcombank to ensure the system modification deployment achieves high efficiency. Previously, on October 31, 2012, Techcombank and TVC agreed on the overall acceptance of Phase I of the project.
