Tinh Van Group appoints Acting Head of Finance and Accounting Department

On the morning of May 1, 2021, Tinh Van's General Director – Mr. Hoang To signed the Decision appointing Mr. Pham Duy Hung as Acting Head of the Finance and Accounting Department of Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company (TVH) effective from May 1, 2021.
During the handover period, the Acting Head of Finance and Accounting Department, Mr. Pham Duy Hung, is responsible for:
- Managing all operations of the Finance and Accounting Department, overseeing all investments, assets, revenues and expenditures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and the Company's Charter;
- Advising the Board of Management on developing policies, mechanisms, processes, and regulations to facilitate the production and business operations of Centers and Member Units;
- Developing short-term and long-term financial plans aligned with the production, business, and investment plans of Tinh Van Group;
- Grasping the overall financial accounting tasks of the Company;
- Reviewing detailed accounting data of the Companies;
- Reviewing and updating the implementation of accounting process procedures;
- Updating the system of reports of the Companies (internal reports, reports to investors, reports to state management agencies);
- Updating and adjusting (if necessary) the assignment of tasks for Accounting Department personnel;
- Key points in the financial plan – weekly/monthly/quarterly expenditures;
- Ongoing financial data;
- Directly checking/approving documents and vouchers submitted to the Accounting Department;
- Approving payments for arising activities: The Acting Head controls and forwards to the Transaction Director for signing;
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Deputy General Director of Finance and the General Director; reporting to the Deputy General Director of Finance and the General Director of Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company during task execution.
