VIB deploys HiStaff Solution from Tinhvan Consulting

On December 6, 2012, at the headquarters of Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB) – Viet Tower, 198B Tay Son, Dong Da, Hanoi, Tinh Van Enterprise Management Consulting Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Consulting) officially signed a contract to provide the "HiStaff Human Resource Management Software" to Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB).

Recognizing human resource management as a crucial part of operational management – directly impacting business efficiency and the sustainable development of the Bank, in September 2012, VIB officially issued a public tender for the "EHR Human Resource Management Software" package. Surpassing many domestic and international solution providers, Tinhvan Consulting with its "professional and localized" HR management solution HiStaff was selected by VIB due to the solution's suitability and Tinhvan Consulting's implementation experience in many units in the Banking and Finance sector.

With approximately 4,300 employees, 160 branches/transaction offices in 27 key provinces/cities nationwide, along with a professional HR process system and evaluation system, and close attention from the Bank's leadership, VIB set very high requirements for the HR management software system in terms of advanced HR management and project timeline assurance. The project is expected to be implemented in 4.5 months at VIB's headquarters, including the following modules: Employee Profile Management, Timekeeping Management, Payroll Management, System Administration, and HR Portal (iPortal).

Previously, on October 31, 2012, the project "Deployment of HiStaff Total Human Resource Management Solution" at Techcombank was fully accepted. This project marked a breakthrough development for the HiStaff solution by providing many advanced management features specifically for the banking and finance sector.
